Er ist mit einem Sofa, einem Couchtisch und einem Bistro-Tisch für zwei Personen ausgestattet. Von diesem Raum aus haben Sie Zugang zum Balkon. Im Schlafbereich befindet sich ein Doppelbett (140x200cm), ein großer Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch. In der offenen Küche finden Sie eine Waschmaschine, eine Mikrowelle und einen Herd mit Cerankochfeld und Dunstabzug. Außerdem gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Auch im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung versteckt sich, hinter Spiegeltüren, ein großer Kleiderschrank. Im Bad befindet sich eine Badewanne. Das Haus hat einen Aufzug.
